Monero GUI - Can't send money: daemon is busy : Monero | Torhoo darknet markets

Trying to send money in Monero GUI on Tails. Getting the message in the title - "Can't send money: daemon is busy. Please try again later."

Here's the daemon log:

<Timestamp edited out> I Monero 'Fluorine Fermi' (v0.18.3.4-release)
Height: 3423364, target: 3423364 (100%)
Downloading at 0 kB/s
Next needed pruning seed: 4
0 peers
Remote Host Peer_ID State Prune_Seed Height DL kB/s, Queued Blocks / MB
0 spans, 0 MB
[]

I've stopped and restarted the daemon, as well as Tails, still no luck.

Any suggestions or help is very appreciated.

Edit: It may be noteworthy that I just synced the blockchain. Monero GUI stated that it was synced, when in reality it was about a month behind. I synced through the terminal command found in the xmr getting started guide.

Not sure on the monero issue, but perhaps edit this post and remove the times from the logs, it shows your timezone. Not a major issue if you have nothing to hide, but its still worth removing

This might not help. But you don't have the latest version (18.4.0). Whenever my shit gets fucked like this, installing the latest version appears to fix things.

I suggest you try to stop the daemon (app) and restart it.

Ty, running the daemon through the terminal, syncing, and then leaving it open while I re-opened monerogui did the trick. Appreciate the tip.

Hi, I was able to fix this by using running monerod in a terminal window to sync the blockchain. After it finished I left it running and tried to send the xmr and it worked that time. Make sure your blockchain is synced, monerogui told me it was synced but it really wasn't.
