You're good to go with your plan, but here's the thing: use the official Monero wallet instead. When you send it, it's like running it through a mixer, and giving you full control over your funds while they are in your wallet. If not cake wallet will still act as a mixer if you follow opsec.


Another option is OpenMonero rather than Bizq. It's kind of like LocalMonero but with better features, even though the market is smaller (Ive found better deals). That's, Just what I do!

So, as /meatt implies, you want a GUI if you don't want too use commands.

If you struggle, Maybe use a web wallet on tor, but then not your keys not your crypto.
