Yesterday, I convert my BTC into Monero through Elude.in after confirmations their status is "not sent yet". Now 16 hours passed i still didn't receive my XMR and same status is on exchange "Not Sent Yet".
What to do now?

Why doesn't it say something about this on your website then? users have a right to know there is an issue before they send their coins.
