MULTISIG NOT WORKING PLS HELP ASAP : Cannazon | Torhoo darknet markets

My friend has around 50 transactions to come off but the multi sig isn’t working.
When she broadcasts transaction to the wallet it just doesn’t appear in wallet. Txid view on blockchain is green but it doesn’t appear in block,
Then says cannot find transaction on blockchain. 1 randomly worked yesterday and no more? Can someone shed some light please got to get them off today and no reply fr0m canna

I have the same problem with 6 transactions. I already had contact with support team cause of this but until now the coins are still not in my wallet.
