My vendor opsec guide or suggestions to those looking to be one PART 1 : OpSec | Torhoo darknet markets

1. Treat like a job / business, it's illegal to sell so you willng to risk your life to make money, consider is the amount making worth the risk and don't do half way and think its side moey you will slip up and end up arrested.

2. Base of operation - Where do you do all your work? in your own home bad idea if by a chance you get searched you're fucked.
Keep it basc and portable scales, Laptop the produc,t packaging, printer vac seal and decoys.
shreadomg and binning any signs of drugs or info.
Pen and paer if keylogged no worry they can't ssee the text but again be careful don't write too much sensetive info and dispose once used.
encrypted documents sealed off with a veracrypt container and no access to wifi is a good one, clear once done with customer info vendors have his idea if they have all this user info they can use it as leverage, so you think you have leverage by admtting to sell drugs?
Blend in, if you work at an office do some work laptop comms and know what you're doing or got to be done.

3. tails use this, yes qubes is great but you need portable options and be able to use any device lets you change very easy no hassle
USB - easy to hide, invest in hardware encrypted ones another layer of protection.
Kill switch, lanyard or rope connected to usb to shut down if you move or get raided an easy and cheap option.

4. avoid phones, graphene os gets a lot of suggestions but stll tracked and IMEI can be sene from cell towers not something you want so if you NEED to yes do this but you really shouldn't need it and if you do basic apps free and open source and duress pin.

5. Partners and workers - need to know basis, no more than this less chance of leaks if one. this because your family gone who's going to support if things go wrong and famly and businesses don't go hand in hand.
Trust - You got have to some trust but don't let your guard down why a need to know basis.

/d/vendor_handbook.
Some points are explained better in the vendor bible, like the Base of Operation. I would suggest you to have a good read of it, if you didn't already (you should have), to implement some practices in your own operations.

Well, the information is good. Depends how you apply them.
It's not mandatory to follow each step like it's the Bible, you can always make shit your own, especially for the parts that you think can be improved.
