Crypto.com wallet should be a fair play. All you need to do is open an account, apply for the platform credit card(Crypto.com Visa credit/prepaid card), get it linked to your paypal account or link the paypal debit card to it either way for easier move of funds. You could also make deposit via bank transfer.

Wallet sign up process do require ID cause it's a CEX wallet. No any DEX wallet out there can come close.
