need some advice : Monero | Torhoo darknet markets

Its my first time buying monero or any other cyrpto. Im using monero gui wallet. KYC is not on the table for me wich means converting BTC to XMR is not an option (i think). I was looking on openmonero for p2p bank transfers but was thinking its bad Opsec.
Is cash by mail the way to go for me, and does anyone have experince with it or any other methods i could used.
