If you're unable to find any on markets and really sick, maybe try the traditional route and see if you can find a subuxone doctor who will write you a script. As long as you are showing signs of withdrawals (dilated pupils, tearing eyes, runny nose, mention your skin feels like its crawling, etc) then they will usually give you a dose right there on the spot and send you off with a script.

I usually recommend u/CalvinKlein but they are on vacation (likely sold stock maybe). Good luck
