You can't. Best you can do is either embed a tracker link in your message and tell them to click it or put your message behind a tracker link and tell the recipient to click it to view the message.

I believe another thing is to ask them to reply back, which is less work as well.

I don't know of any other way but to ask them in the message to reply back with another PGP message.
