i mean iv seen what junkies do i wouldnt say hes junky teir. i have only used needles a hand full of times and im not so sure on k. some people say dont risk it unless u have vials and others say they get by with a cigg filter, and bacteriostatic water. id recomend getting wheel filters online. you can get diabetic syringes one bag at a time from walgreens in a lot of states or you can look up a needle exchange in your area. alot of them have wheel filters, sterile water pods and cookers for free but that was in cali where they had out meth pipes for harm reduction lol. im curious about im k as well but i think ill just order a vial thats premade. there is a vendor with some that im pretty sure they make in house for 50$ for 1000mg and the vials of legit vet ket are like 200$ for 2000mg so 100$ a gram. but iv heard you gain 40-50% absorbtion so it may be worth it to save the sinuses. stay safe

DON'T INJECT KETAMINE THAT YOU BOUGHT AS SHARDS / SUGAR. My friend did this and he ended up getting horrible gang grenous absesses and flesh eating sores. I would like to reiterate that it is always vital to have your product tested for it to be pure. I have taken risks without having performed lab testing and been lucky that it had no negative results. This is however no guarantee for any other user.

I have used KetamineSprays pure Ketamine product without twice. Used sterile wheel filter/syringe filter 0.20ug and sterile saline solution to dissolve product. Dissolved pure needle product into saline water obtained from sterile bottle suitable for intramuscular injection. Put the sterile saline water from ampule into glass that I wiped with alcohol swab and rinsed with small amount of sterile saline water. Measured out the amount of sterile saline water to dissolve ketamine at 200 mg / 1 ml. End result 10 gr into 50 ml of saline. The saline water ampule was 50 ml total. Placed it into the glass and put the glass in cooking pot with boiling water to heat up the saline water.

Once the sterile water in the glass was heated above luke warm. I removed the glass with the saline water and added the Ketamine needles. I used a sterile syringe to stir for it all to dissolve. I measured out the required amount of Ketamine to dissolve into the sterile water as mentioned previously 10 gr into 50 ml. Once all dissolved I let it cool a bit. Once cooled I used syringe to draw up the dissolved product from the glass. Then placed a wheel/syringe filter 0.20-0.22 ug on the syringe and injected it back into the 50 ml sterile saline water ampule. I did this for 10 ml at a time as that was the max syringe could contain. I would also suggest using a needle with a large gauge for easy of transferring the fluid.

I have used the above method many times in the past with different vendors. Only recently once again with a vendor currently active. Get sterile syringes, needles and syringe filters 0.20-0.22 ug. Look up intramuscular nurse charts to find out what needle you require for injection. I always inject into the vastus lateralis. Check the recommended gauge with that muscle. It's easy to reach for self injection and has low chance of complications. Always use a clean syringe and needle for every injection. I use a separate needle to fill the syringe from the needle I use for the final injection. You can use 1 needle to fill many syringes. As long as you put on sterile new needles. Swab the site with alcohol before injecting.

You can get needles from Amazon if it's legal in your state, but I use GPZMedLab because they ship to banned states. I like 30 gauge needles.

Your harm reduction is junkie-tier. You can't just use sterile water and be safe because your ketamine isn't sterile. You need to use a .22 micron wheel filter to sterilize the ketamine solution. You can buy sterile empty vials to fill with the filtered solution. If the concentration is over 100mg/ml, ketamine crystals will grow inside the vial.
