Mullvad isn't the same as a proxy, it's a vpn.

Your exit ip shouldn't be a vpn or a public proxy (most socks5 are detected as one).

You should use http/https proxies. They are rarely detected as proxies by most fraud analysis programs.

It will get detected as a proxy/vpn, which is no good if you're trying to pretend to be a real customer/consumer.

Dumps are old. It's more risky than a cvv2, and it costs more.

"Linkables" are usually a scam -- at least when you call them a linkable.
There's a word for them, and it's called non vbv. It's when the bank doesn't verify shady transactions on the card.

Like I said, there's only a select few types of POS that actually let you run it as 101. Getting them to also run it as credit too is it's own challenge. It's more finding out which systems accept them than actually carding.

It's a waste of time if you're trying to get things for cheap.

You can bypass a lot of requirements such as otp and email access if you have active cookies for the bank.

My baby⚠️elixir⚠️ does exactly this i,e. steals and decrypts a list of all the essential cookies(most importantly including the os encrypted session cookies) and then converts them into ⚠️json⚠️ to be easily fed to a cookie editor that accepts files in the JSON format making you have access to anything stored on their ⚠️chromium based⚠️ browsers at the time of elixir executing like you were there sitting at their computer.

There is not shop pay bypass. It's a 2d processor, which means it will accept any payment as long as the cardholder address matches.

I believe he is saying exactly what the 1st sentence in your 2nd comment says. Open a NEW account (probably checking) with the SAME BANK as the target account you're able to log into in the SAME NAME as the mark. Most banks allow you to open multiple accounts regardless if it's checking, savings on both. Different accounts, different account and routing number. Hence the ability to wire or ACH transfer the funds from one to the other or link the second account to the first to move the money then simply remove the 2nd account from the 1st after its been drained. The bank won't review the transfer bcuz If the money isnt leaving there bank they have no reason to. Fastest way to get the funds into your possession to extract or make purchases with the best method you use.
Correct me if I'm wrong of course SP but I think that breaks it down in detail.

None. Public records aren't needed for most applications.
PRs are only done if you need your data sold to databrokers. This gets you on whitepages and other various lookup websites. It's something that's rarely ever needed.

Idk if my question is dumb or not but it's not clear to me. What interests me is Carding. I have never tried it yet, or bought anything. You said "Carding is just impersonating someone on a website (or on the phone) and making the computer/person thing you're the card holder." but when I'll buy it, I think it's on Russian Market, do I get the physical card or just the infos of the card ? Because if I want to get a dominos pizza, do I pay on the phone by giving them the number because I don't actually have the physical card ? Or do I have the physical card and pay the delivery guy ?

There's 2 types of processors, 2D, and 3D.
2D just checks if the card information matches (number, cvv, exp).
3D checks ips, user agents, time zones, etc., and can even trigger a VBV/VBMC message that prompts the user to verify their identity with an otp code.

If you want to, for example, order a pizza, you would checkout with an address you can deliver the pizza too, and use the card holder's address for the billing.
