i think monero team still did not implement update notifications for monero GUI
in the case any body forgot it like me i post a quick post here!

Version: 0.18.3.2 - Fluorine Fermi is out now since two or three weeks ago.
After I updated I never had more problem with transactions, I don't know if they improved something with the fees to counter the attack.
