I've been using EnergyControl service for while now.
They have quant analysis available for many substances but not all.
Check their website section on submitting samples first as the logged-in ordering service will let you purchase quant analysis on anything which leads to the need for refunds after if quant analysis not available - best avoided.
Quant analysis on MDMA and 2CB pills is only EUR 80. All other quant is EUR 120.

Re adulterants, they are only testing for active and/or harmful additives - no info is provided on inactive/harmless ones.
Qualitative analysis only tells you substance is present - you can't tell purity/amount.
When I've submitted a LSD blotter tab for quant analysis, I've got result in micrograms of LSD.
When I've submitted powder for quant analysis (they ask for you to send 40-50 mg), I've got purity back as a %.
I've never submitted pills.

They seem legit to me. Purities are mostly a lot less than claimed by vendors but have lined up pretty well in rank terms with my tripping experience.
e.g. for 2cb powder, I've had purities of 46% - 82%.
