I can somewhat confirm this, since I happened to find a working link a bit after OP made his post, but all I did was unnecessarily extend some auto fe, however: since they put the yellow dot instead of the green one in the sub description, I haven't found a single working mirror.

also it would be rly nice to have a pinned post by a staff member clarifying all of this and communicating what ever the fuck is happening rn, personally I couldn't care less about a possible exit scam, since all my orders are shipped and I got nothing on the market, but would be nice to know if I have to switch market again

So its confirmed no link is currently working so obviously there is some type of maintenance or outage going on... can you shed any detail on that?

If ya'll are gone we understand it happens but at least give us update... as a vendor I need to know to move on and spin up accounts on other markets..

They've had issues before but always works out inside 48hrs, sometimes may have to have the txid ready for mods on market.

It's happened before many years ago if i recall correctly ... I have faith Abacus will fix the issue. Its a pain in the ass for sure but it happens from time to time, market to market.

Unless Hug comes out and says something i wouldnt be too concerned yet. Just be patient.

UPDATE: I asked ai why the deposits might not be showing up and should be an easy fix by the website ppl

1. Website’s Node or Indexer Out of Sync
Even though the transaction is on the blockchain:

The website relies on its own node or block indexer to detect deposits.

If their backend wallet watcher hasn't caught up (due to reindexing, node lag, disk errors), it won’t register the transaction, even if it's fully confirmed.

🛠 Fix: Only their tech team can resolve this — it's a backend syncing problem.

🟧 2. Your Deposit Address Was Unlinked or Expired
Even if the BTC was sent to the correct address:

If that address was assigned to your account for a limited time, and their backend now fails to map it to you, the deposit can be "lost in the system."

This is more likely if:

The deposit address is reused across accounts (a bad practice).

Or if the deposit was made after an expected expiry or payment window.

🛠 Fix: They need to manually search the address or TX ID on their backend and credit you manually.

🟧 3. Internal Compliance, CoinJoin, or RBF Flagging
From your screenshot:

Replace by Fee (RBF) = True

This means the transaction was broadcast as replaceable, which some platforms auto-flag, especially if they use strict risk management systems.

Even if the transaction was never replaced, some systems delay crediting until extra confirmation depth or manual review.

🛠 Fix: Ask support if their system flags RBF or CoinJoin-like inputs (although yours doesn't look like a CoinJoin).

🟧 4. Deposit Limit Threshold or Manual Hold

If their deposit system requires exact payment amounts (e.g. for orders), or your amount mismatches what they expected, they may put it in manual review.

Same goes for micro-deposit batching where low-fee transactions (1 sat/byte) are queued longer before appearing.

🛠 Fix: Ask them if your TX is stuck in a batching pool or under manual compliance hold.

So, will it still show up eventually?

✅ Yes — the funds are safely on the blockchain and will not be lost.
Because:

The transaction is fully confirmed with 60+ confirmations.

It was sent to the correct deposit address (as you confirmed).

It’s immutable on the Bitcoin blockchain — it cannot be reversed, lost, or expire.

⏳ So Why Is It Delayed?
It’s purely a technical or operational issue on their side — typically one of:

Their node/indexer hasn’t synced your transaction yet.

The deposit address was temporarily unmapped or is awaiting manual review.

Their system flagged the transaction for RBF, timing, amount mismatch, etc.

🔄 Will It Eventually Show Up?
In almost all cases: Yes.
Once their system catches up or support manually reconciles your TXID with your account, your deposit will be credited.

🚨 However — To Make Sure It Gets Credited:
You must contact their support and:

Provide the TXID

Confirm the exact deposit address used

Mention the confirmation count and block height

Let them know it's been over X hours and the funds are on-chain
