No sign of my deposit : Bohemia | Torhoo darknet markets

I'm a regular user of Bohemia and have deposited £500+ and made 10+ orders with no issues.

Today I deposited £160 of XMR to my deposit address (triple checked) and there is no sign of the deposit.

The transaction has 30 confirmations and it's been 1 hour - normally the transaction would show in my Bohemia wallet after a few confirmations and then credited after 10.

Something is not right here.

EDIT: funds have been retrieved and returned to me by Bohemia customer service

There is a red banner at the top of the deposit page for your market wallet that specifically states "If your deposit does not appear 30 minutes after sending your payment, please open a support ticket."

Follow the instructions you are given and your balance will be updated accordingly. I've had to do this multiple times and have never once lost my funds.

As /u/BarGuy50 says, takes a support ticket to get this resolved. Usually happens w/in 24 hours for me. Not a big deal at all, imo.
