There is one more vendor who posted same thing few weeks ago on their sub (/d/RevolutionMarket).

Beside, I messaged support on Monday, and till now I get no replay, so if they will decide to replay and sort this out I will update about it

fair enough. we dont like to post up stuff like this preemptively without corroboration etc as it can cause undue FUD, especially in the current climate with exit scamming markets. everyone is quite edgy.

are there many vendors/users on there? dont hear their name pop up much for an announced market.

Nah, not really. They are active for quite long ago, but as yourself see, they are not that popular, so I believe they make more money from not paying out then running legitimately.
