A quick search revealed a lot of other users coming to the same conclusion.

Placed an order the other day, and he cancelled it and forwarded me to his WICKR account. WTF and LOL.

His prices are too good to be true, its stupid. Then, there's the obvious fact he's padding his own feedback.
