Most convenient way is CakeWallet, most secure is Haveno. Both are non-KYC. On CakeWallet you buy LTC on a KYC but swap LTC for XMR on a non-KYC swapper.
No, you still have to buy the LTC via KYC (identification) but they would know you only bought LTC, they would not see you got XMR. For full non-KYC you can try Bisq, Serai or Haveno.
You can also buy USDT via the P2P exchanges such as on Bybit and then you can exchange it for XMR. They would not know if are buying crypto and would not block your debit card (if this is the case).

I never used it, so I can't vouch. I used CakeWallet, SimpleSwap and ChangeNow for swapping at they all worked well without any problems. Though, all swaps were sent in parts, with the volume of each being less than $100.
