I have just recently launched Obscura Forum today, it is ran using PHPbb. I created this forum to make up for the features that Dread lacks due to their rules. This is why Obscura is basically rule-less In exception of our one and only rule which is strictly enforced (No child porn or any other related materials), if a user is caught sharing or discussing CP even in the slightest way they will be banned and any/all information shared with Obscura Forum (username password combos, posts that could potentially reveal identity, and more) will be posted publicly in our dedicated "Stop Child Predators" forum for members of Obscura to doxx and potentially uncover their identity and hopefully someone murders them.
