Obsidian no longer has access to their dread. Msg them on Dark Matter. Had a similar situation as you and we were able to sort things out.

Messaged Obsidian on Dark Matter but they did not sign their PGP message. Be cautious

I got my order when I ordered thursday 26th of june, and it was marked shipped on friday.
The following monday abacus went down. But by wednesday it arrived and not long after it was confirmed abacus exit scammed

If you placed the order on friday or that weekend, I'd say it's probably lost.
