Idk bout Mr Coles but my last order from PacknSend for some Harry wasn't my favorite, must be end of the bag. Either way it was real powdery and not the usual for lion stamp, visually or its effects. Gets the job done but had higher hopes considering the feedback PnS gets on Dread.
