flualp has a very long half-life but I doubt her blend contains much at all

For most people, phenazolam ("clobromazolam/CLBZ") is not sedating, and takes 2+hrs to peak, but if you can fall asleep during the come up, the next morning is not groggy and suspiciously "refreshed" due to still being under its effects. It is crazy potent, without tolerance 0.25mg is a moderate dose and anything greater should be considered heavy. It's pressed HEAVY in today's bars, ~0.5mg roughly 1.5-2mg alp.

Or ethylbrom/bromoethylazolam may be sedating enough for you (many veterans feel it is the closest RC to alp) if you havent been on high dose brom for years. In any case /u/ked has both cheap.

MsLadyMelody afaik is not positive about the ratio of flu/alp, but if considerable amount of FluAlp is used, it is a LOT more potent chem by weight than brom.

^^^this is a much better alternative.

Doxylamine- Brand name Unisom- proved itself as effective a sedative as secobarbital in medical trials. AKA seconal, the crazy dangerous barb that killed a lot of recreational downer users back in the day. It has a much shorter duration than diphenhydramine thus minimal next day grogginess.

Kava Kava puts me (and most others) straight to sleep at a high enough dose. Much safer GABAnergic than bzds

While technically correct the majority of psychiatrists do not approve of using seroquel for cases of insomnia alone. There are safer alternatives such as mirtazapine.

Definitely research it. The drug is an anti-psychotic.

Fun fact: If your problem is staying asleep rather than falling asleep then doxepin is the only antidepressant FDA approved to treat insomnia.

I swear on god i just took 25mg of quetapine 5 minutes before reading this lol thats so funny
ive been taking it for insomnia for a while now and its really good for sleep but its not supposed to be a long term drug even though ive been taking it for over a year daily

i have a lot of knowledge on this so here it is. Doctors over prescribe serequel because it is VERY EFFECTIVE but the drug literally has lawsuits for causing diabetes. YES DIABETES so the long term effects can be shitty. yes it is an anti psychotic but If I remember correctly the dosage for people who are psychotic is like above 600mg. I would imagine they have you on 50-100mg which is what they give people for sleep. I personally do not agree putting people who don't need anti psychotics on them if they are not in need of them. In fact people who take antipsychotics regularly die 15 years earlier then the rest of the population so switch to something trazadone or the newer hypnotics like Quviviq or Belsomra if your insurance approves of it. thanks for the information i'm deffinatly going to talk to my doctor and get something for sleep instead of anti psychotic

correct i get prescribed 100mg (25mg little orange pills) to sleep and i only take it a couple times a week at most

don't want to die early and get diabetes lol

Even if you are taking benzos, youre body will need to tire itself out naturally. I was having this same problem. I was taking 3-4 a night and still not sleeping. so i did some research and here is what to do. Go for a 30 minute jog. OR go for a 45 min walk. and also take magnesium oxide and a xanax when you want to fall asleep in 15-20 min and then wake up and take the best shizzle of your life.

Magnesium Glycinate is stronger and should help your problems faster. Magnesium oxide is at the low end and not as potent as Glycinate. Just take Magnesium Glycinate, maybe take double the dose, stay away from yogurt, and dont trust a fart if you are not at home. Take care. also eat some wheat bread. If all fails then go buy some fiber at the store and have a few glasses of fiber drink....will fix you right up.

All the other flualps aren't real flualps. The 3.2mg ones people "claim" they are flualp but no way would someone press that much flualp into one pill. Blackout city for 70% of the people that had them. I think mslady is the only legit one.

If you need benzos soon mslady hasn't been quick for awhile now, since the incognito days it seems. I still order from her but am always prepared to wait close to a week just to see a shipping label. My last order from her timed out on abacus and I withdrew those funds to DH and placed an order with bigbarboss. Abacus went down 2 or 3 days after so I lucked out there.

My bbb order arrived somewhat quickly but unfortunately they were either stolen from the PO Box it was "delivered" to by employees or they put it in the wrong box and someone else got them. I'm the only one with keys to my boxes or knowledge of the box numbers and the desk clerk confirmed the package was handed over to someone with the 'wouldn't fit' slip so I can't think of any other explanations. Quality from bigboss has always been on point in my experience so I'm sure these would have been 10/10 quality-wise per usual.

Thinking I might *attempt* to order again with MLM but will prob go with bbb bc mslady seems to disappear for a week + every time lately, even after she posts that she's back and shipping. If her escrow prices were the same as her FE lifting, or if her shipping speeds (or online presence in general) were more consistent, I'd go the MLM route now and every other time I restock on alp until she throws in the towel. Hate to hear she's retiring after the current batch of raw material is gone but also it seems she can't keep up with the demand anymore.
