Operation Stream : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

As one was able to read in the news recently, Law Enforcement was finally able to take down Kidflix. Following the takedown were hundreds of arrests across all of europe.
Does anyone have any further details or could explain how police was able to track down individual users on there?

Edit: No I'm not in fear that they will track me down, as Ive never been to such a site neither am I planning to. Just curious about the concept behind it, as since for drugs the main factor of how people get caught is the shipping part of ordering drugs but in that case the users seem to be online active only. Thats why I was asking.
May these sick bastards rot in hell

The track down began early 2022 when Kidlfix attracted the Bavarian police. There were 1,800,000 users registered between April 2022 and present date alone.
Every hour, 3 and a half new videos were uploaded to the platform. Users paid in cryptocurrency for access to live streams and content.

Many users had poor OPSEC and cryptocuurency payments involving kidlfix were traced back to few of the platform admins and one operator.
38 countries came together under Operation Stream to take down Kidflix.

A few arrests has started already like the 52 male in Hanover Germany, who was a vendor on a drugs marketplace as well, to people all the way in the US.

The investigation is ongoing as the servers in Netherlands are seized, and the operators of the platform are still at large.

It's hard not to view this comment as you trying to determine if you are in danger of being caught or wrapped up in the bust. HOPEFULLY it's just you being cautious and questioning your anonymity in general because while I do value the anonymity of using Tor and Dread I am ecstatic that the CHOMOS are being caught and hopefully get everything they deserve.
