So basically you don't know what is in them unless you get it tested. It may not have fent but have other things. As far as what they are SUPPOSED to be:

M30s are 30mg of instant release oxycodone hydrochloride
ALG 265s are the same as M30s but a different brand
A215s is also the same as the M30s contents wise
OP80s are EXTENDED release oxycodone (80mg)

As far as pricing I am guessing here as I don't buy opiods from DNMs but, M30s have been around forever and are a very common pressed pill with all kinds of shit the other 2 maybe are rarer as presses so potentially more likely to be pharma or at least that's what the vendor claims. OP80s are also pressed a lot but are extended release if pharma so that contributes to the pricing.

Most pressed pills online are fent or a nitazene. They can easily cause overdoses. If the price is too good to be true, its most likely a press. Anything advertised as a press is fent or nitazene. You will never find someone claiming that its a press and have it be pharma, but you could find people claiming to be pharma but its a press. BE VIGILANT

If you're not paying like $1.5-2 per mg for roxi on a DNM you're probably buying fentanyl presses or some other weird analogue/RC.

Real M30s/blues/roxis basically any instant release oxycodone tablet is going to be extremely expensive because of how regulated they are and how hard it is to get a prescription for them.

Oxycontin/OC - usually sold as 20/40/60/80mg - (time release I believe, a little harder to snort/smoke etc. - someone correct me if I'm wrong) is slightly cheaper on the DNMs at around $0.50-1.00 per mg.

M30s/blues/roxicodone are instant release and the most abusable kind of oxy tablet, you can snort shoot pop and smoke them which is why they're so hard to find nowadays. I only saw two people selling real blues on the DNMs and they're going for $60 per 30mg pill. Normal street price was always $30-45 per 30mg in my area but a DNM is probably the safest way to buy real ones listed as real prescription pills because plenty of scumbags buy fake presses and sell them on the street as real for $30-45 anyways lol. At least on the DNMs vendors tell you they're pressed and what they're pressed with.

I'm not really an opiate user but if I ever were to purchase painkillers on a DNM, I'd pay the extra money for real roxis. There's so much risk with getting a hot press and overdosing on fentanyl. Besides, why would you want to buy that shit anyways?

Pretty much any authentic/genuine pharmacy pill is going to cost you pretty handsomely on the DNMs because of how limited the supply is, but people who want to know what they're taking will gladly pay that premium for the peace of mind.

TLDR the difference between pressed and real roxies is presses always have fent/other risky shit and are cheaper, legitimate roxis from a pharmacy have real oxycodone, cost a shit ton, and don't come with the risk of dying from snorting half a pill.

You're never going to find real M30s for $5-10 but if you did you'd buy them all and sell them for $60 online LOL

Be extremely careful buying painkillers off any DNM, please take the extra precaution and test any pill you buy for fent/xylazine because you never know

presumably these vendors are selling to people who are going to try to pass them off as the real thing. other than that i can't see any logical reason for pressed pills to come in all those designs.
