I currently have on windows linux installed on a vm(i know windows is very unsecure) Can I download Whoenix on linux vm? So a vm in a vm. How safe would you say this is?
I want to have maximum security on my computer. I also thought about getting a completely new laptop, start with linux and then install whoenix on a vm + proxies and VPN.

Using multiple vms when Windows is your host os doesn't do anything in terms of security.
Getting a seperate laptop that is used ONLY for darknet activities is the best solution, but tails is a reasonable atlernative.
