I agree with MrBacon on that, after a bit of a play with KickSecure, I wasn't convinced to change my OS.

Plenty of other Linux/Whonix combo's out there that are more than capable for the average consumer, all dependent on your threat level.

I think it's a bit overkill, personally. Kicksecure is a bit too restrictive for my tastes.

But a good LUKS encrypted Linux distro and Whonix is the way to go when you want to "graduate" from Tails.

1- isnt that tampering with evidence = additionnal charge ?

for your #1 i think the answer is yes if you get caught. i read about vericypt and ways of having a decoy that may be better. i think it depends on situation.
