I am one of this payment problems victim. Order got cancelled 5 days ago contacted both support and admin in here no one is answering
Should I wait longer for refund? At least a personal answer would be great:)

Looks like the only open order you have is in escrow, meaning the payment has confirmed and there's nothing more you need to do. Now it's just waiting on the vendor to take care of it.

Actually the order was flagged. It was a separate issue I think because the payment came in late just as the order was getting auto-canceled. But since the order went into escrow and showed up on the vendor's list we need their go ahead to refund it but I think they said it was shipped. I will check and take care of all the orders that are flagged within the next hour. Sorry about that.
