Made an order on abacus on 26 june , last message said it will be shipped on the next day .. no more information or tracking number . Order never arrived .Vendor dont answer me in pm .. i will update

I did answer your questions 2 times.

When you send me message on dread and also when you send me a message on dark matter inquiring about your order.

why would i not send you the tracking number when it got send? either way ill never see the coins after the exit of the market.

But again, for a third time. I didnt find any information matching the order you claimed you made.

the way we process orders is as following:

Once the order is marked as shipped the shipping label is created and forwarded to the shipping crew. We keep the information for 30 days in case there is an issue with the order. after 30 days every information related to the order is deleted for everyones safety.

since its been less than 30 days your order either didnt get send before the market did an exit or you are just lying about the order (which im not saying you are), but, since i dont have access to the market i have no way of verifying it.

Im sorry this happend to you but you have to understand this is also a very messed up situation for us vendors and those things are just out of our control.

But i really dont appreciate you trying to shame me publicly and spreading fals information and not even tagging me in the post to give me chance to explain my side.

I have no issue uploading the screenshots of the our conversation from dread.

Its your fault, You were supposed to send his pack. but you didn't, then abacus went down.. Unless you knew the market was going to collapse. I went through the same thing with another vendor. Ordered many days before the shut down. Stop marking shipped if you dont plan on shipping shit for a week or 2.
