Create your own domain on a .com or .org.

Age it.

Then use [random-at]@[domain] catch-all addresses.

They always pass and you can use this setup for unlimited things and forever.

In fraud systems with validation and risk scoring, they don't carry weight of a decade old company e-mail like ibm.com or ford.com or a 10+ year old gmail, but they also aren't scored negatively. They're entirely neutral.

If you run your own mail server, just know that Gmail, Outlook, etc will probably block you from sending emails to their domains if you send a lot of email, and they might block you regardless. You can mitigate this by using DKIM / DMARC / SPF, but some of those take time to set up correctly.

And if you're using a virtual private server from a popular hosting provider, the IP address you get might already be blacklisted for sending recent spam to popular domains. One strategy you can take is to spin up several new VMs, then check the public black lists for each IP address until you find one that's good, and that's the one you keep.

Anonymous email is an oxymoron.

If you just want to register for sites then buy an email for outlook/gmail/hotmail/yahoo/yandex/whatever. You'll blend in much better with normal site users than if you're registered under @cock.li, @proton.me, etc., so it's actually the most anonymous option to use these evil anti-privacy telemetry-fucking websites instead. If their webmail is fucking you for being on Tor/VPN, try connecting from a client like Thunderbird instead. If still having issues, VPN/proxy over Tor will work for it.

Usually you can get these addresses for a dollar or less on market sites. You can also try your luck registering the email with a phone number from a site like TextVerified, SMSPool, etc. to pay even less (mileage may vary depending on the email and temp sms provider).

Though it's incredibly convenient, it's also much easier to deanonymize you if you always register for sites with a catch-all custom domain email as /u/AngieJ suggested. I would recommend it for its convenience, but only if you aren't worried at all about your identity being connected across websites (or across accounts on the same website).
