Over $3k gone from Abacus market. no resolution. : AbacusMarket | Torhoo darknet markets
Im sorry to make this post but this unacceptable. Abacus market has stolen over $3,000 from us for weekly stickied ads. we pay for the ads and then they are immediately removed after taking our payments. no resolutions. no refunds. currently missing over $3.2k USD in funds.
they wont answer on dread. they wont reply to our ticket.
Hey, looking into this as a matter of urgency now. I'm going to try my best to contact them today, if no response this will need to go out as a warning until they resolve all outstanding issues.
Thanks for your help with this. I know youve already done a lot to try to get this fixed. whether or not they are wiling to return our lost money, i appreciate what youve done. like i already said, we are lucky we can afford this to happen but this could be devastating for another vendor.
Why respond to this in a rude way? $3.2k is a decent amount of money and its missing and no one is providing a resolution. I've spent approximately $4500 USD in ads in the last ~2.5 weeks, NOT including the $3.2k thats gone missing. I've even suggested that I dont need a refund, and you can just extend my ads for the duration of the extra payments but no one replies at all unless I'm asking hugbunter to hep me. Puzzled about the nature of your response over a totally legitimate complaint.
The only one here acting rude here is you putting in doubt our honesty, we haven't ever scam a single cent from any vendor, hundred times we have compensated vendors any loss or any bug that caused inconveniences to their business.

You experienced a bug and is not a simple mod the one that have to check for you, it is the administrator and that will take time. Also this ''legitimate' complaint hasn't even been verified yet by the admin, I cannot even comment more on this issue.

I understand its unpleasant when someone makes a public post regarding an issue on your market. That is, however, the purpose of these forums. You can rest assured that if the issue is fixed, I'll update everyone in the same manner. In the interim, posts like this are the very reason that we have dread, the superlist, etc.
We replied to your ticket. We told you that we are checking for you. You decided to go on and continue buying ads without having the first issue resolved. Now you are in a rushed, and this is something vito has to check. I don't know why would you continue buying ads without having the first ad issue resolved.

we have to continue buying ads because we need to run our business. Theoretically, you offer a platform to let us safely run our business. I gave the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time error or that it would not happen again and it happened again. There is no reason to have an attitude with me because I'm upset that $3.2k of our money has disappeared in the last 2 weeks with zero resolution, its a fair and legitimate complaint that should be resolved. You guys can already see how much money I've spent on ads since signing up.

I withdrew some XMR about 9 hours ago it is till pending, this is the longest abacus has taken and tbh im starting to worry with yesterdays issues and the seemingly non existent support. If you open a vendorshop on Bohemia u know for sure Ill follow
Sorry for your loss. Only by people stepping up and going public, if private attempts fail to generate a resolution, can the good be rewarded and the not so good be cast aside.
i assume the money is down the drain. we just had to pay another 1500 dollars right now to get our ads back up. thankfully we have the capital to do this, but another vendor may not and people should be aware of whats going on.
i know Abacus admin is active. He sent me a message last week (though it went nowhere and never replied again) and they fixed the back-end issue the other day. its just whether or not they care to fix this or not.
