The oxymorphone that popped up from time to time on Archetyp was pretty good, but yes it was a fake pressed variant containing rc-opiates (metonitazen i belive), but damn they were pretty good. Have very fond memories of the Oxymorphone 40mg that was sold on Arch maybe a year or so ago, it was orange both inside and outside and when smoked on foil it gave an incredible high. Sadly the 40mg variants you can find today is not very good (white, round tabs). Managed to buy some 20mg that was much more potent than the 40mg variant right before Arch went down, they were white and oval in shape.

That said they also made your opiate tolerance skyrocket. And it caused some deaths in Sweden, mainly from irl dealers who sold the fake oxymorphone tabs without telling their customers that it was not in fact real oxymorphone they were gettting. Fake Oxycontin tabs also caused some deaths, again fake pressed with the same mix of rc-opiates (nitazens) and whatever else was in the fake oxymorphone ones, and it was the same problem of irl dealers not telling their customers it was fake and very potent pills they were selling to their customers who thought they were getting regular oxy.

Should add that the vendors selling it back then on Arch made it very clear that it was fake oxymorphone tabs containing metonitazen they were selling.
