Same issue with me too. And he's refusing to reship full or give full refund. Only 50% reship or 50% refund it seems. Has to be the most arrogant vendor in the domestic scene.
Argues that it's not his fault that the packs were lost, like it's the customers fault.
Domestic packages dont get lost. I'm not in India, but this applies to almost every country that isn't corrupt as fuck, the rate of loss is less than 1%, and inside that %1 you have packs that got left with neighbors, they usually turn up.
I am in north America and aside from letters that I wasn't expecting/never even knew about, I have only ever had 2 domestically purchased packages not show up in my 50+ years of life. I have seen routing issues with tracking but never lost one of those domestically either.
Mailmen are too busy thinking of ways to outsmart the dogs to have time to open up every package looking for the good shit. And believe me they will take the brand name shit that isnt even wrapped in paper before they start sniffing your soft package that looks like a sample of tampons.
Dont accept anything but a full refund if he cant prove its lost to you.
