I've been waiting for almost 2 days and several thousand dollars have been reported unpaid. No help or explanation from support. Theyve just been passing the ticket around to all the support staff.
I placed 1 order with directpay. Did 0 deposits or withdrawals or anything else on the site.
i am still having many messages from customers that their payment not going thru for more than 24h. looks like this issue becoming more and more problematic. i suggest to disable this feature until it is fully fixed. market balance orders comes thru without any problems
i also made withdrawal from market wallet it shows sent and completed but still not reached my wallet. i used same wallet like i always use. never happened before. do we have also delays on withdrawal? yesterday it was working without any problems

In regards to direct pay - some AlphaGuard nodes had been underperforming hence they were not able to be as stable as we expect them to be. The issue was a rare race condition which by the looks of it gets triggered by specific kernel version as it was not present in the rest. Those ones underperforming now use the kernel branch where the issue is not present.
In regards to withdraw module it was put in maintenance mode while the upgrade on AG nodes was happening. As you know AlphaBay is huge and although withdraw is a module on its own, we have to prioritize to make sure such race condition as with the deposit module is not present in the withdraw module itself (or the pre-requirements for it to be there in the system). Any pending withdraws were obviously processed few hours back but due to triple checking everything works I am posting this just now. If anyone who has not received previously syncs their wallet will see it with many confirmations back.

looks like direct pay orders working now. new withdrawals also working like before. but withdraws which were done 10 hours ago are still missing. multiple vendors still facing same problem. none of these missing withdrawals appeared. please look further into this problem
about this problem it is possible that some users are still affected in the case of withdrawals. i have opened a support ticket. my withdrawal was requested and marked as sent in the universal time of 12.40 hours this Tuesday 1 Nov. at the current UTC time, there is still nothing received.
confirm that it is not a scam of any kind, nor a mistake, since I always access from dread and I always confirm my addresses before an operation ends.
on the other hand, assignments from another market immediately arrived at the same address. : it is not the monero network's problem, nor mine, therefore I assume it is yours.
