weirdly, about 10 mins before i sent that message, couple dropped in so I'm gonna have to check them off and work it out (Do some orders get send together as one transaction? - Just wondering how i need to compare the list)
Does this mean that we buyers who logged in after your shutdown to finally find a BTC address to send to (with no warning on your site to not use it: the only warning was on here) and then sent will not see our coins again from the pre shut down trades? Do we need to contact the vendors?
Personally, I opened a dispute; after COMING HERE to see the warning and was promised a refund by support. 2 hours later WSM cancelled the order & put 4 notes (all the same) stating:
“"Wallstreet Market automatic system: This order has been automatically finalized, because it timed out. For more information, please look at our FAQ's (where it doesn't say anything of the sort)."
I understand your FAQ policy:
""First" Usage
The procedure of the First method is very similar to the Escrow method. An important difference is, that the order will be accepted automatically and that we can not help you, in case you get ripped, because your Bitcoins will be forwarded directly to the vendor."
But you are promising refunds to buyers who paid after logging in to finally find a BTC address when logging in after the shutdown - so how can that be so!
Will you be trying to get the coins back from the vendors? There are Vendors & buyers on here who don’t seem to have the coins. Like I said – Do I need to contact the vendor, in the hope he has the coins. I would be happy either way – refund, or, goods. After this weekend I could really do with more of the goods to be honest:)
I respectfully empathize with you on all this and hope you can sort the issue out. I understand you are working hard on this and respect you for that but, in retrospect, you really should have put a warning on your own site – not on here.
Order #665619
Kind regards and thanks for all the hard work you are doing.
