PGP keys in whonix (NOOB PLS HELP) : whonix | Torhoo darknet markets

Iv had a look through other posts here and the whonix forum and cant find an answer.
Id I want to generate, import keys in whonix do I need to do this in persistent mode or is there a way to do it in live?
If its only in persistent mode how do I save vendors keys from markets because id only want to use markets in live as accessing them in persistent sounds like it would defeat the point.

If you don't use persistent mode, live mode will treat the PGP key pair as "throw away".

Open "GPA" and create a new key, use fake credentials and a good password... in persistent or live mode of Whonix.

As far as the vendor PGP, each one is posted within their profile. All you gotta do is import it using GPA's clipboard.

Once you import the vendor key it'll be there every time in persist mode. Practice here first /d/pgppractice, add your PGP key here to your profile.

But why would I use persistent mode to visit markets? I guess I could copy and paste my vendors keys somewhere outside of whonix then add them to GPA in persistent mode?

I'm digging into it right now. There are pro and cons in my opinion. I can't find a way to import a key from the clipboard, neither by pasting it in the application. Kleopatra is clearly simpler for that. Some more advanced options are lacking, too.

GPA is the worlds easiest PGP tool. You'll figure it out out really fast.

So Kleopatra does not come installed in Whonix workstation. I install those manually.

Are you running the user/sysmaint route or the older one user version?

If you are happy with GPA stick with it. I'm just used to kleopatra and importing things like keys is a lot eaiser. /u/pgpfreak just did a writeup on this here /post/9caa91ac74b2f5e6ac70
