Great initiative mate but in reality, you can't completely stop phishers. As you upgrade your defenses they also evolve their tactics, sophisticated solutions can block script kiddies to some extent, but they may not be effective against those attackers who are building on their own.

You are right. But probably 95% of phishers are not able to move on.
Try to search for vortex market on duckduck, to see if you find any phishing link working.
Most of them are stopped since 2 weeks.
