Pill pressing questions : DrugManufacture | Torhoo darknet markets
Hey,
In the past I have made some small quantity of pills with MDMA for our house parties so me and my friends know exactly what is going into them and the dosages (used various tutorials and guides)
Now I have been requested to make the same pills but instead of MDMA to use speed powder, I have no actual chemistry knowledge nor knowledge of using speed as I do not like it to know whether this is even possible, and even if it is possible what dosage i would use etc.
if someone has done this or knows if this is even a possible thing to do, please provide me as much information as you can :)
I have a TDP 0 but was planning on getting a hand held press since I dont need much quantity and 40 kilos of machinery is a pain haha
Here's a breakdown of how to remove a tablet die from a TDP (Tablet Press) for hand pressing:
Removing a tablet die from a TDP (Tablet Press) machine for cleaning or maintenance requires careful steps. Here's a general guide on accessing and removing components, keeping in mind that specific procedures may vary depending on the model:
1. Prepare for Component Removal:
Always ensure the machine is turned off and disconnected from the power source.
Follow your machine's manual for specific instructions on disengaging safety features or guards.
2. Access and Remove the Die Assembly Area:
Depending on the TDP model, you may need to remove covers or panels to access the die assembly.
Refer to your machine's manual for the location of set screws, locking nuts, or other fasteners that secure the die and punch components.
Carefully loosen and remove these fasteners using appropriate tools.
The die assembly typically consists of an upper punch, die, and lower punch. These components are usually removed in a specific sequence.
3. Removing the Die:
Once the securing fasteners are removed, the die can often be pushed out or gently tapped out from its housing.
Take care not to damage the die or the machine during removal.
4. Removing Punches:
The upper and lower punches are also secured and will need to be loosened and carefully pulled out.
Note the orientation and position of each component to ensure proper reassembly.
Important Notes:
Always refer to the manufacturer's manual for your specific TDP model for detailed instructions and safety precautions.
Use appropriate tools for loosening and tightening fasteners to avoid damage.
Keep track of all removed parts and fasteners to ensure proper reassembly.
Regularly cleaning and maintaining your TDP machine, including the die and punches, is essential for optimal performance and longevity.
Removing and cleaning machine parts is a standard maintenance procedure. Always prioritize safety and follow the guidelines provided in your equipment's manual.
