Possible Reason Market ADMINS Haven't Made a Statement : Archetyp | Torhoo darknet markets

I think someone else mentioned this yesterday in a response to another post, but for everyone who is nervous, as we all are, and are saying the whole "Well why can't the admins make a post to keep us informed" statement, consider this. EVERY SINGLE TIME there is an issue there's all these users that scream EXIT SCAM immediately at the drop of a hat. Then BigBoss or Newbie make a post with a statement of what's going on to try and ease everyone's mind. Then everyone chills and waits patiently right? NO, even when they make a statement there are still countless people pointing fingers claiming exit scam for this or that reason. So this leads me to this, perhaps the admins know NO MATTER WHAT they say they are going to be accused and doubted. Perhaps this was a pretty problematic bug that came out of nowhere and they are dedicating ALL of their time to trying to fix the problem rather than trying to get on here and give a detailed explanation that most of you won't believe anyways. I'm of the mind that this is another or attack or an intentional bug that was sent out to damage Arch and cause problems. Arch is certainly the best market in ALLLLLL of time in my opinion and i've been around since the original SR. I've seen it all, but i've never seen admins like the ones for Arch. Yeah I could be wrong but if I am i'll be damned if they didn't put up a HELLLLLL of an act. I know this is frustrating and bothersome but i'm trying to remain confident that this is not LE intervention or an EXIT and that all hands on deck are working tirelessly to fix the issues. Hopefully we have answers today. Stay positive my fellow wooks, as George Michael would say "YOU Just GOTTA HAVE FAITH" 8-D

Here's the major bruise for everyone whining; You can't do anything about it lmao. They can run off with every dime you had on there and all you can do is trash talk a market that isn't around anymore. Don't even know the actual names of anyone. There's zero recourse.

Once you understand this about markets, you have to accept the fact that you can lose it all. It's a gamble when you send hundreds or thousands to a random XMR address to an illegal drug market. Every penny that I send to the market, I have already wrote off as losing. If I get drugs in return and everything works out, great, but if you not...I've already wrote it off mentally.

I learned to same lesson keeping funds in the DNM wallet the hard way. I had like $1,000 in Alphabay and at the time I could not accept they would exit scam and held out hope for a while, but I learned this is not the first time, and would not be the last time it happened.

Ok now that BigBoss got on and made a statement go look at the posts and responses. Still just as many people doubting and spreading FUD as before he said something, hence why I said it doesn't matter what the hell these people do these tweakers are gonna be full on panic mode until they see a fully functioning site no matter WHAT anyone says

I'm flattered that you think a paragraph or 2 makes me some kind of big brained genius or something but nah, just a passing thought and I happen to be able to type pretty quickly. Either way everything I said has come to fruition now that BigBoss got and made a post. Didn't make one bit of difference with all these tweakers that are in full on CODE RED mode until the site is fully back up and functioning. Doesn't matter one bit that he took the time to come on here to try and ease everyones mind, which is probably why he hadn't done it and why honestly he still didn't need to do it. His rep is already SOLID and the ONLY possible issue that the real ones saw was POSSIBLE LE intervention but even that was a long shot. Long Live Arch

idk, I feel like the arch admins have built up such a solid rep at this point that an announcement would be reassuring and pretty widely believed. I do agree that it's probably not an exit scam; to the best of my knowledge exit scammers try to claim everything's normal for as long as possible so people keep depositing for a while before realizing, so they can maximize the amount of crypto they can walk away with. Putting the site into maintainance so no one can deposit seems counterintuitive for an exit scammer.

But I also think if it was a technical issue they're trying to resolve, no matter how serious, they would care about the trust/confidence of market users enough to take 2 minutes out their day and make a quick dread post letting people know they're alive and working to fix it.

Honestly I don't know enough about DNM security to theorize what might be going on but I imagine it's either a server move that's somehow having serious complications or safety concerns (like hugbunter's post was saying), or maybe something happened with LE that warrants the admins laying low. not trying to FUD because I really love what arch has done in the past few years though, and I think it's more likely that they'll be back soon.
