SAFETY TIPS

Hydrate hydrate hydrate, eat food, take breaks, sleep, saline saline saline, keep the nose moist as its the dryness that jacks it up, HOTPLATE that SHIZZ, always HOTPLATE, you get more and it hits better and absorbs better and its ALL BETTER, hydrate, when you go to sleep take magnesium but be sure its the high absorption as there are diff types, I also use a qtip to coat my nose with pure vitamin e oil if it gets a little rough
