potloodpen - is this suspicious behaviour? : AbacusMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

First of, potloodpen is one of my all time legendary vendors - friendly, fast, next level stealth and quality; so i would hate it if this meant he was compromised or something.
However with all that's going on now, in my last order with him, since the move from Archetyp to Abacus, although small, I noticed something suspicious:

1. He shared the tracking number in order chat with no PGP.
2. According to this tracking on POST NL - package is delayed, with no further updates and it's been more than a week.
3. When asked about this and why he shared the tracking with no encryption - he replied that POST NL is just experiencing some delays atm and that he is still adjusting to the new market - that's why he failed to use PGP.

Anyone had contact with him recently and does this look suspicious to you too?
