what are my moves? what are my options? left to my own designs if it arrives i'm writing return to sender on iy and leaving it where i first saw it
is it bad opsec to have priority mail packages suddenly zipping thru to the same place every 4-5 days?

was it bad stealth?

one thing i do know...i'm calling lawyers tomorrow

No one should be answering the door for LE unless they have a warrant. Never deny anything, the proper procedure is to keep your mouth shut except to say "I do no want to answer any questions and I want a lawyer", then keep it shut except to drink water or if you are a mouth breather. No more words until a lawyer is present.

Damn straight. Burn shit and decide to run because, at that point, you're fucked (or about to be fucked). Also /u/samwhiskey - I double that as well. Best practice is to meet with LE outside your house and ask if they have a Warrant and even ask to see that shit, if they don't present one then point to their vehicle and tell 'em that you're not accepting any uninvited guests without a Warrant.

Its possible USPS just sucks and is taking a long time to arrive. same thing has happened to me, Dont look at your tracking and just be patient if AF timer is about to expire extend it and ask the vendor whats up. If it gets seized it will say it on the tracking #

bro one time one of my packs got stuck in a loop it would go from the PO right near my house, to the main distribution hub an hour away, then back to my house over and over again

Please calm down. I've seen this situation hundreds of times over the past few years. 99% of the time, the package will show up. Very rarely it's taken up to50-60 days... The package has fallen behind a sorting machine, someone picked it up and set it on someone else's desk, where it got lost in a pile of other misplaced items. The person who usually sits at that desk just left for a 2 week vacation. When they return, they find a pile of misplaced packages. That pile becomes a "project" which is not at the top of their priority list. 2 weeks later they get down to your package and toss it back on the mail sorter. There's a million things that could have happened to your package.Being seized is not likely.

It's hard, but you'll have to wait. Don't go incriminating yourself by taking other actions, like hiring an attorney. You'll be fine. If you don't receive after a few weeks, speak to your vendor and ask about his policies on reshipping.

You'll be fine.

It'll get there. If USPIS is on it they are not going to ship it all over the country, they'll intercept it and you'll possibly see and intercept scan or a forward scan.

1. Calm down. freaking out isn't going to help you no matter what is going on.
2. Is it necessary to call lawyers before you know there is an issue? If the police show up at your door or try to do a controlled delivery, tell them you don't know what that package is, you weren't expecting anything.. Tell them you wish to invoke your right to remain silent and wish to speak to your attorney.

3. I DON'T THINK IT IS SEIZED! It doesn't have an estimated delivery date because USPS screwed up and it is somewhere it isn't supposed to be. They provide an estimated delivery date based on the route it will be taking to get to you. Now that it is no longer on that route, the estimated delivery date is gone. Otii They'll get it aback to weer I have had this happen a dozen times (probably more). What probably happened? USPS probably fucked up. If your package was seized and they were going to be coming after you, they wouldn't be sending it further away from you. They would be trying to get it in your possession.

My theory. USPS messed up. It was put in the wrong sorting bin, scanned wrong, any number of things could have gone wrong and it was sent off to another location. They will most likely notice the fuck up and send it back to your Regional Destination Facility and then to your post office where it will be out for delivery. It may take a few days. I've had this happen where it took a month to get my package! That was only once though. Every other time, they were pretty quick and got it to me within a few days of the mistake.

Like I said, I have had this happen several times and there was only 1 time that my package just ended up missing. It wasn't seized. It was just lost. The vendor (PillPlugPaul) reshipped and all was taken care of.

Also, when a package is seized, tracking used to say "SEIZED BY LE". Over the last year or 2 they updated that to now to say something like "Package held to determine mailability"

One thing that makes me thing you are OK is that I doubt if they sussed it then they wouldn't update the tracking to say they had moved it a thousand miles away. Seems more like a screw up but yeah clean up just in case and anyone could have sent a package to you just to drop you in the shit so deny all knowledge.

Schizo thread of the week?

Packs get bounced around wrong POs all the time. I've had several get in back and forth loops between both local post offices/sorting facilities and even cities, they always turn up.
Also, as stated above, the tracking will state that the pack is seized.
The one time I got a love letter, it showed up with a tracking number. A tracking number that appeared in my Informed Delivery when the pack was seized.

Chill fam.

I swear to God I've had a package relatively large come from UK to US go thru customs for no reason say failure to pick up go back to UK then come back to the US and get delivered successfully lol ... it could still be good ... but to be safe get any other drugs or guns out of the house until you see what's up

Everyone, stop being paranoid. Yes, this person should be careful as you always should when waiting on an order. They most likely are not in any danger at all. This is very common for USPS to mess up in this way.

We don't like seeing this almost malicious advice here on Dread all the time telling people to refuse packages and burn their house down whenever they are in no danger at all. It's become common. You're going to get yourself and your vendors under scrutiny that you wouldn't have gotten in otherwise with these paranoid antics.
