Problema prelievo e invio crypto : Italy | Torhoo darknet markets

Ciao, ho dei LTC bloccati su binance a causa delle nuove regole partite da gennaio in Italia (pagamento imposta di bollo, dichiarazione) che non conoscevo. In pratica ha bloccato sia il prelievo che l'invio di crypto. Ora, quei soldi posso lasciarli li finché in qualche modo risolveranno anche perche molta gente sta smadonnando però ho bisogno di prendere crypto per degli acquisti. Qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema? Ho altri wallet ma sono vuoti al momento e non vorrei avere lo stesso problema. Qualcuno può consigliarmi un exchange che non dà problemi e da cui ha preso crypto ultimamente? Possibilmente no kyc naturalmente. Grazie

Damn, this is a big problem. I strongly recommend turning to P2P for buying crypto.
By now, all legal exchanges almost everywhere are forced to require KYC, and you'll always be at risk of fund freezing, just like now.
If you ever decide to buy again on platforms like Binance, make sure to immediately move your crypto to a wallet where you own the seed.
