Question about Dispute process : EmpireMarket | Torhoo darknet markets
Hello fellow Dreaditors and Empire users. I have recently begun a dispute process with a vendor due to the pack not being delivered -- nor any evidence of one being shipped. The vendor has ignored all attempts at communication and has just been stalling.
After creating the dispute, I was the first person to post a reply explaining my reason for creating the dispute. The moderator was the second person to add a message to the dispute explaining the terms and conditions etc... In these terms, the moderator mentioned that the Buyer (me) needs to provide a detailed response as for my reason for dispute. I had already done this immediately after creating the dispute and prior to the Moderator's initial response.
My question is, do I need to submit another message explaining myself again AFTER the moderator's response, or is my initial explanation sufficient. The vendor has completely ignored the dispute and has not responded. The terms also mention that the dispute will be closed if no response from either party after (3 days), so I'm just worried whether the response needs to be after the terms have been laid out for it to count. I don't want to fall into the situation of "Oh, the moderator was the last one to send a message and neither party has replied, so we will just close the dispute and finalize the transaction." But, I also don't want to push my dispute to the end of the queue and overload the staff with more work by posting another reply.
Thanks!
