Hi I have a question about the vendor

First time I'm ordering from him but I'm finding his comms not great. I dont think he's replied to any of my messages yet but to be fair it's only been 5 hours since I initially messaged him on here ans Dark matter. All though he has accepted and shipped the order but failed to respond to my comms. He has 2 shipping options, tr24 and normal 1st class but uber noticed on his reviews lots of people are waiting 7 - 12 days for delivery. How can this be the case as war class doesn't take more than 5 days max and TR24 takes 3 days max usually? I asked for tracking details as evidence he is shipping it out when mar3d as shipped but he has so far just blanked me.

I'm getting a bit nervous about choosing to use this vendor. Has anyone had any experience with him recently? How long did it take to receive their orders? Did they have problems with comms with this vendor?
