I spoke to speed and he sounded very upset about what happen with the rogue mods, and he decided to close the staff mirror.
And then he said he will be back in August and from my experience with speed i know that he is a honest person and will do what is right.
I have no full answer to your question, but from my believing is believe all accounts that are unfairly disabled will be re-enabled + a roll back with the right pgp.

I had money stuck in escrow when Dream went down. Vendor said they shipped the order but I never got it so I opened a dispute, then all hell broke loose. I received the messages friom Martok offering to refund my money if I sent him 50% first, which of course I refused. Any guesses whether people in my situation will get their money back when the new market comes online?

If the market comes back i am sure it will be still in escrow and be assigned to a different mod.

Thanks for the reply waterchain. I certainly hope that you are right. If those funds are still available when/if the market reopens I'd be a customer for life.

that same day after all the scamming has gone on he decides to pull the market of the server?

if he was honest he would of let water-chain and rid fix these accounts

Riddick is a great staff member but he has no tools on his dream account anyway only on the forums.
And i had neither the tools to fix accounts, i have informed SS about this problem and that's maybe why he shut it down till august.
Also we have been unlocked around 2 - 3 weeks ago.

Seconding this... pretty shady practice to walk away with such a vast sum in vendor's escrow accounts without facilitating a withdrawal. And leaving with a promise to retun in 3-4 months? Not cool.
