Question regarding disposing of packs : OpSec | Torhoo darknet markets

In the dnm bible it states the best option is to burn them (I agree), however how do I do it without my neighbors smelling it? Most of these packs are shipped with inks/dyes/plastics that would not be good for anyone to inhale the smoke of.
Currently I'm using a torch to burn the shipping label until it turns black then white again and checking different angles to see if there is still any discernable text visible. Then I rip the packs up into little pieces and place those pieces into different trash cans on pick up day.

I personally do not burn the packs for the same reason. My main protocol is to shred into as many pieces as possible (depends on the material but say e.g. bubble wrap mailers) and nest the remnants into other trash. If I'm ultra paranoid, I'll go to a sheisty gas station (usually run down ones with no cameras) and dispose in those bins. I have also ordered fast food (don't recommend because it's bad for you) and throw the shredded pack pieces and dispose in the nearby public bins.

YMMV based on what kinda area you're in. Metropolitan dense areas almost feel easier for me to blend into but being somewhere like the midwest may require additional care.

I agree here. Get a crosscut shredder if you don't have one. Shred the label, and anything else you are able to. Be careful with plastics/etc, they will gunk up your shredder.

Might be a little overkill, but I am always sure to, shred, cut, scribble, and tear my packs to peices.

You're supposed to destroy the pack? TIL lol. I usually just throw it in my trash bag with all the rotting food I forgot to throw out, doubt anyone's gonna pick thru it. Prob a good idea tho, I'll make sure to destroy them from now on
