Planning on buying some psychedelics US to US. I dont have tails but i installed tor on a separate harddrive and i use a paid vpn, javascript disabled and using pgp. im planning to get it delivered to my home address. i was thinking if this is enough or should i thug it out and install tails too, the only problem is i have a low end pc and i think it will start lagging and glitching a lot if i install tails.

Why not buy an USB-stick and install Tails on it?
It cost almost nothing and will make things so much more safe to use.

What's low end? You might need to have some patience though, but it's worth using Tails.

How low is low end for you? Tails can run fine on 4GB of ram. It will protect you from your future self by not leaving evidence on your harddrive.

just get tails, my setup is an old ass laptop that sometimes sounds like an engine taking off when i do as little as load up microsoft word. I think ur PC will handle tails fine
