Never send from an exchange to a dnm or vendor. Send to third party anonymous wallet first and from there to market or vendor.

didn't think that would be an issue but now I see it! know any good third party monero wallets I can send from kraken to?
I like feather wallet but there are others. There can be an issue because exchanges can and do lock member accounts for "suspicious activity".
Seen it too many times when exchange customers get banned and then ask where to go instead.

I placed the order accountless, as it was an FE order, therefore I can't open a dispute and there's no records of my order now, I searched for it by my refund wallet address and got nothing! So at this point it's my word vs his.

To my understanding, you can "Track" your order as a guest using the refund address that you listed when you place your order. In this situation, nothing was populating with the information provided.

Are you 100% sure that the money goes directly to their wallet and not to a Super wallet and then to theirs? Even if it's FE. They keep saying it's Supers but you're adamant it's snowbunnis. I have no idea how that all works, maybe someone else that's familiar with Super can tell us. I guess it doesnt make sense for an FE order to go to another address before snowbunnis but weirder things have been done.

I asked BunniSupport the following: "Isn't this your wallet ending in xxxx? And he responds back to me avoiding a simple yes or no question. Either way, if it goes to the market, then /u/mommabear should inform them that the order went through based on the tax id and the block explorer and then case closed? there's no back and fourth needed here unless I look stupid.

Anyways, lots of back and forth and kept telling me, 'Oh, the transaction ID only is seen by the supermarket, not by them, so it means nothing!!!' So I go ahead and actually send the block explorer Monero link to show him all the proof! Such as the amount that withdrew into THEIR WALLET. Then SB ignores me when I tell him I withdrew to his wallet address since it's an FE order, not the market! And he keeps going back and forth about other stuff, such as the following:

Your refund address, which is used to track orders as a guest, was not pulling anything up. I guided you to check for yourself to hopefully get an order number. As you can see in this thread, we do not have access to incoming transactions whether it is FE or not, and it does not go directly into a vendor-controlled wallet. That would be a huge OpSec failure in itself. I am glad you were able to talk to /u/mommabear, and for my not replying for 6 hours - I do sleep - and your replies just kept stating that I should just tell you to fuck off based on not being able to locate your order from a TX ID you were given from Kraken (Not good OpSec as /u/newbieforever2018 mentioned). I was asking for a little more time so we could get /u/mommabear involved, which I'm glad you did and happy you were able to locate your order. As stated over and over in my messages, I am trying to resolve the matter while I understand this whole situation is frustrating; you were just resulting to "I'll just fuck off" while I continued to try and help. Also, as I've stated before, I am Dread support & outreach and do not have any access to the backend of the operation. Thus, I needed to get the correct information to relay to /u/snowbunni, get /u/mommabear involved, or wait until /u/snowbunni reached out himself to see if you guys could locate the order based on details as the order is a few days old. Thanks /u/mommabear, /u/drcola111, /u/soofu, and /u/newbieforever2018 for conveying what I was trying to!

the money goes to Super and Super pays the vendors, even if its FE, because Super takes a cut %.

/u/MommaBear will help you, Super mods are great , even you checked out as guest, then can start a dispute and then snowbunni will end up shipping it or accepting your dispute and refund you. I dont think your coins are lost, I don't know if bunni is exit scamming or his shipping operations just got super sloppy, but i'd avoid this vendor for at least 1 year. Too much problems with this vendor and there other vendors that you can get coke for 600 an ounce.

And you guys should stop being fan boys for a specific vendor you like, dont get attached to vendors, use your brain and look after yourself. NEVER do FE, I dont care who is the vendor and what market is it, many great vendor has exit scammed in the last 10 years, many amazing vendors.

Also incognito and nemesis market down , expect many vendors to exit scam. Especially one who is retiring one day and not retiring the next day and take 2 weeks to ship an ounce of coke.

You'll get it sorted out, just sorry for the stress you're having, this stress doesnt worth saving $50.

I really don't think they're scamming. They are obviously having some problems in the operation but if they were scamming they went about it the worst way possible. So that just doesn't make sense.

Who knows though? if you sell coke and cant ship within 24 hours you shouldn't be selling coke, just sell pot. We cokeheads are precise and on time especially when its about cocaine. Retiring one day, not retiring the other. Why not just use a vendor that ships the same or next day and you get your stuff in 3-4 days? no messaging no back and forth, no stress and aggravation, that it worth the extra $50-$100 alone,

And now the listing if off again, something is happening, either with your team or LE. Anyway it should be figured out before you guys unretire again, its too much instability. Seems disputes are close and everybody got their coins or product, still its obvious you guys have internal issues to figure out before back to market. People wanting to buy cocaine will still be there, take a break and figure things out without the additional pressure of fulfilling orders while doing it.

talk to /u/MommaBear, with the hash they can track your transaction to the order number and dispute it if its marked as shipped, otherwise they can cancel or refund you, if it marked as shipped then the bunni will need to refund you,

This doesn't come across like SB was scamming. They communicated properly. Not wanting to divulge whether a wallet address belonged to them or not (it wasn't) is an opsec issue. It got or is getting resolved so that isn't at all the MO of your average scammer. I can't order from them from my location anyway so I have nothing to gain from giving my insight.

Never said Snowbunni was scamming at all, check my post and find a word about scamming, simply said they lost my business and how my experience went, it's a review and I said do what you want with that info. Then I came to find out snowbunni had me blocked for absolutely no reason, if you look at my profile, you'll see previous posts about me praising and vouching for SB. So getting blocked was a dick slap in the face.

They had issues decrypting a message of mine, and banned me from ordering again once they realized all details were in PGP-- then it took 12 days to get me 14g -.- haha

Slighly prefer PT and Cinc's batches, however it isn't anything to complain about unless you're doing it daily (harsh on nose)

My SB order from earlier in the week--made shortly after he returned from his very brief and still unexplained "retirement"--landed just fine in a reasonably timely fashion. I'll admit, the shipping time was longer than it has always been heretofore--longer, that is, by one day.

In fact, one of the reasons I've been ordering pretty exclusively from SB is because he always got packs out immediately. I often ordered from him when I
really needed that pack in two days flat (totally my fault, of course, through poor planning and/or base procrastination) and he would invariably get it to me exactly that fast, using standard Priority shipping. That kind of reliability quickly solidified my loyalty as a customer.

That's not to mention that SB offers what is, as far as I'm concerned, an unmatched quality to price ratio. There have been and still are doubters and haters where the product is concerned, but I've sampled product from a wide array of vendors (though there are two or three I really need to try), and, with the exception of one or two very high-end, very high-priced vendors, SB emerged as my favorite product, and he has maintained an impressively consistently high standard, especially given that product's price point. Maybe his material just happens to agree with me more than others do, but it never aggravates my nose (when other vendors' materials certainly have), it produces a euphhoria of a seemingly perfect tone and potency, and it rarely interferes with sleep (unless for no reason whatsoever you pop off and rip a gang of thick strips right around bedtime; ask me how I know, if you feel the urge).

That's my testimony. I attest that I still trust SB, that I will take him at his word, and I extend him the benefit of the doubt. However, I'd also assert--and I suspect that others agree--that certain questions and issues need to be addressed and explanations proffered--and sooner rather than later. Despite my continued, if tentative, trust, the surfeit of apparent chaos and the uncharacteristic disorganization has somewhat ruptured the steadfast confidence I previously placed in SB almost unquestioningly.
