recent complaints : DarkMatterMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

i saw a guy posting on darknetmarkets forum about a possible phishing problem, now you see, i haven't placed an order on this market before and im sure you might understand my concernes. users whom placed an order within 1-2 days or dark matter mods, can you enlighten me as to what the current situation is? im only asking this because i saw a few users claiming an exit scam is going on and i'm not in a position in my life to lose money over stuff like this. i've experienced a phishing problem on incognito before and in another incident managed to place an order just before abacus exit scammed, so you might understand my concerns on this subject

Sorry i'm not a dm mod, but how can you tell if a market has exit scammed? I haven't been on markets long enough to know what it looks like. Would the site still be up if it were an exit scam? because DM is still up for me. How can you tell when a site has exit scammed?
Also, logistically it makes no sense that DM would exit scam when they're getting so much traffic now since the Archetyp fall. Just wondering.

And I know the post you're talking about, i just read it. Not sure what darkmatter is doing but I placed an order 6 days ago and everything has been fine so far. My money went to the vendor and a label was created and I did way less than he did.

when a market exit scams it becomes increasingly hard to withdrawl your funds or place an order, i experienced a phishing site but did not lose money on abacus so i could better explain what it was like to lose money on a phishing site. site looked almost identical to incognito but (because i was new to this side of internet at the time and i was stupid) i entered the market via a link i found on a duckduckgo search. everything looked valid until i realised i couldn't do anything with the money on my wallet, i couldn't withdrawl or place a purchase. in the end i lost around 80-120 usd worth of xmr, not much but it's a considerable amount of money for a third world citizen. since then (and with the abacus exit scamming a week after i placed an order) i've been more careful and more sceptical when going into markets.

issa dangerous game we're playing friend, albeit not as dangerous as vendors and markets themselves. i don't think theres a problem with dark matter by the way i just saw the post and got suspicious. i sincerely hope these things will get better and easier for everyone in the future but for now, one could never be too careful
