Quick tips:
1.Never ever talk about refunds or replacements, wait the rep or even supervisor ask if you agree for a refund/replacement.
2. Act really dumb (you don’t know lots about ordering online)
3.Always tell them that you were home with multiple family members and even neighbors.
4.Always say that you didn’t saw any courier passing by your street in case you are trying to do DNA.
5.When claiming EB (empty box), always say that package was impeccable without any problems.
6.Wait at least 14 days if you are doing FTID v3 / v4.
7.Wait at least 2 days after FTIDNA got marked as delivered.
8.Try to call if you can and avoid chatting on raped stores.
9.Do not call multiple times in the same day. Do it in different days.
10.If you are going with a big refund, push for a supervisor because normal support (aka reps) cannot issue refunds on big refunds and they will just waste your time.
11.Never do DNA if you signed with your real signature, personally I’m not recommending DNA even if you went for fake sign.
12.If your order got failed or you got an order that got failed, you can easily fix it with FTID v3. Keep in mind to contact them after 14 days, not exactly after it says that it got delivered.

14.Never use same address / card on big refunds.
15.Close your card if you refunded a store that usually rebills (you can do that by reporting it lost to the bank)
16.It is recommended to start the refund process with a rep as soon as they start working to avoid pointless failures.
17.Avoid sending FTID v2 instead of v3.
18.Do not use LIT on stores that are not responsible for lost packages.
19.Never ever change stories, stick to the same story no matter what.
20.If you want to get a failed order refunded, firstly you will have to contact them and say that your package got delivered or that your mom/dad showed you the right package and that they pranked you. ALWAYS contact them saying what happened until starting return process for fixing the refund.
21.Avoid calling if your English is not that good. Go with chat.
22.Keep a database with reps names and try to find the same reps that refunded you instantly in the past.
I'm from FR and ordered 400e product delivered by amazon and chronopost in fact. Mailman signed the proof of delivery on my name without calling or ringin the doorbell. AM I fucked for DNA or can i proove that's not my signature. I am sure that nobody signed for me or give an instruction about letting the package in my mailbox.
